Dr Sue's Flagship Program: THE COMPETITIVE EDGE PROGRAM

The Competitive Edge Program forms the core of all my offerings, with its essential principles developed by The Athlete’s Secret Weapon to ensure you achieve lasting improvements in mental performance.

 

The journey starts with a thorough consultation to gain a detailed understanding of your current situation, both in your sport and in life. This helps you gain a clearer perspective on how your mind operates—whether it's working for you or holding you back. After this initial consultation, you'll complete three additional sessions, each carefully customized to your individual needs. Across these four sessions, we’ll take a deep dive into your mindset to reshape habits, beliefs, and behaviors, embedding these changes into your daily routines.

 

Each session runs for at least 60 minutes and is typically scheduled about a week apart, giving your mind the time it needs to process and internalize these changes. As your thoughts and behaviors evolve, you'll begin developing new, automatic responses that reinforce your peak performance.

 

To maintain focus and engagement between sessions, the program includes key mental exercises to keep your mind sharp and active. For optimal results, the sessions should be completed within 10 days of each other. Additional sessions can be arranged if needed, and regular follow-ups every three months are optional but recommended to sustain long-term success.
